I dunno. I think this part of the show is funny and all, but the context of the joke and some of the shit she said offstage gets a giant fucking side-eye from me.

I dunno what was said offstage, but I saw the entire skit, and I thought it pretty representative.

I’m not talking about the skit. I’m talking about the entire context in which racism and homophobia are put at odds and one of them must emerge victorious in the World’s Most Fucked Up Oppression Awards. For instance, there’s this interview she did in June.

Ehhh, I feel differently about it because Wanda Sykes is at the junction of both marginalizations.

Only people who are offended by the presentation of the truth are offended by Wanda Sykes’ satire. As previously stated the sits at the marginalization of both negatives.
